Walls

POLYPANEL panels will be applied on flat ceiling surfaces and coated wall surfaces, cellular concrete walls, plaster boards, particle boards on existing tilings …

Fitting, fixation, mounting and adhesive application:

- Apply the adhesive uniformly on the whole surface of the support by spreading it with a 3-4 mm indented spatula. The surface must be clean and grease-free. After setting the panel up on the wall, exert a high pressure, either manually or by means of a roll.

- Put, on the edge of the POLYPANEL panels, profiles (keep a 3-mm play). Fix profiles with the adhesive or by means of peg screws.

The ISO POLYPANEL sandwich panels : Siding material with visible front(s) : POLYPANEL panels, thickness of siding material 2, 3 mm (thickness of insulation as required)

Core: as required, for instance an insulating material, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, gyproc (BA13) …

- Fitting of 3-cm self-supporting isolated panels (as required) on wood or metal (metal stud) structure.

- Fitting of this panel type through fastenings.

POLYPANEL and ISO POLYPANEL are cut with a circular saw (blade for hard metals), with a disk sanding machine (inox disk) with the jigsaw, they are shaped by drill tool, by indented spatula.
